V3 SEAHRA screening determination bind (2)

CBMDC Formal Response to Draft Neighbourhood Plan and the SEA/HRA Screening determination:
CBMDC’s formal view on the Haworth, Cross Roads and Stanbury SEA / HRA screening report dated September 2018 is that we concur with the outcome of the screening opinion for the SEA/HRA on the basis that we interpret the housing policies contained within the Neighbourhood Plan as currently written, not to be allocating sites for development or promoting sites for allocation. The assessment of sites for that purpose will be undertaken as part of the higher level Allocations phase of the Bradford Local Development Plan.
